WHO can become a member of the
Krakowiak Polish Dancers of Boston?
Those who wish to pursue the Krakowiak’s goals can become
members in our dance group. Certain technical and performance
requirements must be achieved by the student in order to become
a KPDB Member. The decision for membership is made by either
the Board of Directors and/or Choreographer.
WHAT
group can I qualify for?
Currently, Krakowiak Polish
Dancers hosts three dance groups. The Children’s
Group, is dedicated to our youngest candidates. Second
group, the Youth
Group, usually consists of kids of elementary school level and
junior high-school. The last, Adult
Group, consists of high-school and college students, and adults of all ages. Depending on member’s age, abilities to learn,
and dance choreography, the Board of Directors and/or Choreographer
may request that particular members be moved between the groups.
WHEN
and WHERE do the groups meet?
The dance group season starts in September and ends in July, but
may vary depending on scheduled performances.
